So ok, up until this point I’d remained pretty much unsold on the Shitty Limits “” found them pretty underwhelming the couple times I’d caught them live and can’t much remember whichever other 7″ of theirs I have. This, though, is pretty fucking stellar, the a-side a beltingly snotty dose of garage-inflected hardcore that fans of the Circle Jerks, the Saints and latterday Career Suicide will be all over and the flip a fun, rangy cover of Junior Wells’ “Messin’ With The Kid” (as covered by AC/DC and, uhh, the Blues Brothers). Nice one!
