Coo, who’d of thought we’d be reviewing something new by Abiology in 2009? Pretty awesome if you ask me, and even more so considering how fucking IMMENSE this record is “” eight tracks of outraged fire n’ brimstone ferocity courtesy of folks who served time in the mighty Nema. Fans of that band’s “Bring Our Curses Home” LP certainly won’t be disappointed, as Stations carry with them a similarly hardbitten sense of rage and indignation, though this time it’s filtered through the dense, glowering sounds of Negative Approach or “Feel the Darkness”-era Poison Idea. At 45rpm this thing just zips by and sounds loud as all fuck with it, making for a monstrous dose of harsh, crushing, pissed-off punk played by people who know exactly how it should be played.
