At A Crawl are a bass/drum/vocal trio from London. At first I was expecting/hoping for something along the lines of Godstomper but this is much slower and doomier. Reminds me in part of some of the noise-rock stuff that was hyped last year like Drunkdriver and ClockCleaner, except this is a low rawer, has lots more low-end and less of an obvious structure. Maybe comparisons to someone like Diet Pills would be more accurate although I don’t think that does it either “” a lot more definitively “hardcore’ than that. I’d like to hear more from this band before I make my mind up completely, but I think they could be sick.
