I am not sure anyone at Collective can review this properly. Maybe Chris Thrash could have reviewed it in 2004 or something. Erm. Basically it’s electro-pop with a dude doing high pitched vocals. I sort of get the feeling that the music wants to be sexy, like Prince or something, but it’s not really working for me, he sounds more like a stalker with a bumfluff moustache. Especially when the guy starts whining “I want you so bad” repeatedly. So it’s probably just some students being ironic. I quite like the moody electronic instrumental parts of it, but as for the rest, who knows. I certainly don’t. I’d rather just listen to Washed Out. Sorry to I am in Love, hopefully you got some sensible reviews from people that listen to ironic sexy music rather than the music what I do.
