Crocodile God - Once Upon a Time in the North - CD (2011)

Labels: Boss Tuneage
Review by: Thomas Strawbridge

They weren’t Leatherface or Hooton 3 Car, but Crocodile God were another great melodic punk band from up North in the 90s. And they’re back now – for a few years in fact. Crocodile God is faster than most of the other bands from that scene/era, but still have the sound both musically and vocally that places them as a part of it. This is basically like Annalise at twice the pace and, apart from a slightly pointless Ergs cover, this is excellent all through. If you like fast paced melodic punk, 90s UK punk, or just punk music in general this is worth picking up.
