Four bands combining for 20-song split cd. It’s better than having 20 songs by one band I suppose, but it’s still far too much no matter how good any of these bands are. And while none of these bands are bad per se, none of them offer anything new to their slightly different approaches, or are so good that I don’t consider listening to this the whole way through to be a waste of my Sunday. Mighty Midgets play fast melodic hardcore/punk. ROTPM play something between Zeke and Motörhead. FOTNS have a guy who won’t fucking stop sweep picking over their extremely average hardcore. Broken Aris finish up with some skate punk. This was hell.
