This EP has a good lo-fi feel to it and I pretty much always give kudos to anyone who makes a record by themselves, playing all instruments and whatnot. There are some cool riffs and a general pleasurable murkiness going on. However, I cannot get past the vocals at all – it kind of sounds like a drunk person improvising. Track two redeems the record slightly since the vocals here are far back in the mix and sound all weird and distorted, but pretty much everywhere else they frustrate me greatly.
