Blood I Bleed I just don’t get the point of. Fast, garbled, clubbed-to-death-terrier grindcore that doesn’t really do anything. They remind me of all those bands clogging up the shitty grind/fastcore/thrash comps I still seem to have taking up space in the expedit despite knowing I should really purge ’em and be done with it. Lycanthropy have a bit more depth and substance to them, their stop n’ start grind being thicker round the middle and possessed of a bit more venom and dynamism. Still not as good as the material on their blistering LP though, which makes this one a bit of a disappointment all round. Such is life, right?
