The rather desultory title of this six-track album disguises a piece of work which appears to soundtrack the beginnings of life itself. Low-frequency vibrations coalescing into more curious miasmas of darker sound, this is music painted with broad, violent strokes, seeking more to unsettle than to soothe or entertain.
