Review by: Captain Fidanza

The front cover looks as though someone has been horsing around with some wood stain and the music within sounds like someone has been staining around with some horse wood. That’s right, we’re back inside the demented minds of Minimal Resource Manipulation, that gang of crazy musical scientists who won’t stop until all music is an endless procession of screets, plops and whizzbangs.

As regular subscribers to this column will attest, I have long been an admirer of this label and it’s coterie of scientific melody pioneers, so I’m particularly pleased they’ve invited a haunted cotton mill onto their roster and allowed it total creative freedom in pursuit of sonic excellence.

Well done to the haunted mill, it has here made his masterpiece.
