Starting off with just skipping I thought I was off to a bad start or the record was fucked, but to be honest I’m not sure if that was part of creating a state of unease as you head into this slice of non-stop snotty and ripping noise punk that sounds like the soundtrack to a horror film. It’s like a rabid attack of zombies, or the chainsaw of a madman through the door.

The first track has some catchy guitar riffs that feel like a nod to early US Hardcore and set that track apart from the rest of the EP. It’s then followed up by ‘Hell’, literally. It sounds like what I imagine hell would sound like, it’s the stuff of nightmares, angry and dominant snarling over the crunch of metal, reminiscent of the soundtrack to Tetsuo: Iron Man. Side B is just as raw and fast, music designed to annoy the neighbours, it’s an absolutely horrible noise (and that’s great), fans of Japanese distortion and early 80s Bristol punk will absolutely love this (it even features a Disorder cover to round it all off).
