False Advertising play fairly straightforward noisy grunge, but it’s good; it flows well and Jen’s vocals are excellent; I’d compare her delivery a little to Gwen Stefani on Tragic Kingdom. Well, on ‘Wasted Away’ anyway, which is my favourite song on the album. The Kyuss-esque riffs on the likes of ‘Dozer’ are another highlight. Very pleasant.
