Here we have Una Bèstia Incontrolable’s seven-song demo tape slapped onto vinyl. Recorded just weeks after they got together, the results are formatively raw but still offer a clear indication as to where the band was headed, with lolloping bass grooves, hypnotic drum patterns and compellingly fraught vocals torn across a surging style of punk that somehow manages to be both sloppily primal and wonderfully inventive. Four of the songs would reappear a year later on their debut LP for LVEUM, setting in motion a sparsely-documented career for one of the most exciting punk bands currently going.
