Endless Swarm play grinding stuff wherein the vocals are divided between guttural growling and that whole Spazz-ish thing. Herein you get one original and a Terrorizer cover, the latter losing its edge and sounding like some stock ACxDC kinda guff. Lugubrious Children are similarly fast/frantic but choppier and more chaotic, coming across almost like a grind act with crossover sensibilities and a skate thrash production job. Their choice of cover (Charles Bronson’s ‘Tears Of A Clone’) isn’t necessarily indicative of their grinding style, but they make it their own and it fits in well enough with their two originals. Not bad, and my choice for the victors of this tiny and ridiculously-limited platter.
