Foul-smelling, hog-drowning-in-filth grind that takes cues from early Carcass and Rotten Sound. Wiggly melodies and slower, groovier parts poke their way through the soupy blasts to keep things varied and ensure each track retains its own individual identity. Despite being put together well enough there’s a vague sense of listlessness that rather holds things back – a funny criticism to make of a grind release, and one that’ll hopefully be addressed next time around.
