Oh dear. I think this is some kind of joke or something, but it’s lost on me. Maybe it’s serious. Shit, I can’t even remember where this came from, maybe it wasn’t even sent for review, I just found it in a pile of records this evening. I think this record found me of it’s own accord. It’s two dudes (Yoshida Tatsuya and Sasaki Hisashi), and the record is limited to 300 copies. They’ll be lucky. They play like stuff. Perhaps if Melt Banana was just two dudes fucking about? Very random and nonsensical, they yelp and play drums and bass a bit. Sometimes they have sort of Black Sabbath type riffs then it gets all weird again and they do cookie monster vocals. This is all too much for me. All the song titles have random names that look Scandinavian, but I bet they are not really. Though one is called “Snare”. If you like stuff like this, then you are probably in a mental asylum, and all power to you for convincing your doctor to let you use the internet and have a record player in your room. You fucking lunatic.
