I saw this lot at the morrow fest last week and was pretty disappointed to be honest. The cd is really good Motorhead meets Turbonegro rock but live they just didn’t have the sound. Maybe they were too pissed or maybe I was just too wasted from the night before but they didn’t click with me, not even the singers sailors hat could make me get into em.
This is pretty good though. Its probably a Saxon cover but I haven’t heard Saxon (it’s a good song though so if it is a Saxon song Im gonna track some down! Rock N Roll fever!!). The b-side has a wicked dirty riff and really husky vocals (from a very large bearded man!). In a way they remind me of an evil X Rays as bizarre as the idea of that is!
This is even better than the cd and miles better than when I saw them..if you like hard rock and drink whisky this might be for you!
