This is amazing. I love the Dirty three and have enjoyed everything they have put out and so Ive been hanging on to hear some Tren Bros (I think its the same drummer and guitarist). When I saw this I knew I had to pick it up! I think on their other releases it is just drums and guitar but on this release there is a violin as well (hence the and sister part in the title). This is the music to my drinking nights. Although it sounds nothing at all like Three Mile Pilot it really reminds me of them, maybe its the nautical references, this really sounds like the sort of music you’d listen to whilst sailing (if you like that sort of thing). this is one song played differently on both sides (or carried on..). Buy this and see what I mean… it’s too hard to describe.
