Labels: Dying is Deadly

This totally looks like a screamo record. The band has quite a screamo name, I
mean, it has knife in it! And the front is red and black and on the back is a dude
about to stab someone. OMG. Luckily Knifeswitch aren’t a bad screamo band, which
is nice. So. They rock through 4 songs energetically with grooving touches and
hoarse screamed vocals. They also sprinkle in some solo’s, which caught me off
guard. There is a song called “Aragorn Radar” which amused me, I’m simple. I am
not entirely sure who to compare them to overall, which you might think is a good
thing, but it’s probably moreso because they sound like loads of other bands
rather than don’t sound like them. I guess the fiddly metally bits draws a
comparison to Sutek Conspiracy, and if you like the Fiction you’ll probably be
into this too. Overall, pretty solid stuff.
