A great pair of indie rocking tracks here, which are punchy yet understated, subtle and chicken-pox catchy. ‘The Flock’ is perhaps the more forceful of the two, with a complete and utter peach of a chorus that will require some Total Recall-esque brainwashing for you to try and shake. The way this band goes about things is admirably spare and efficient, much like The Warmers if they just lightened up a bit and got their groove on. These songs occupy very little time and space, pitched perfectly to keep you gagging for more. There’s not much to go on here, but it will certainly tide you over until the full-length drops, soon hopefully.
