A simple card slipcase. A crude drawing of an animal of some sort. An ox? A somewhat wistful title. Minimal information about the band. At face value, an apparently understated discography. What we have here is 18 minutes of music falling somewhere between grind and powerviolence, full of blast beats, fastcore riffs, cool samples and ANGER. There’s enough variety to keep it interesting and perhaps the biggest selling point is the vocals, which seem pretty unique, sounding almost naturally distorted, hoarse but screechy at the same time. Only one track makes it past the 2-minute barrier, the token slow number, which, much like the label name, is pretty badass.
