Ever jammed a fork in an electrical socket? Me either, but I reckon the results wouldn’t be too dissimilar to spinning this five-track ripper. Everything’s flat-out and loaded with so much energy that the whole experience feels like a rough, hard slap across the chops. Bandsaw guitars, snargling vocals and a seemingly never-ending array of octopus-armed drum fills combine to give a sense that this band won’t stop until someone puts a brick wall in their way. It’s a total blast, and puts me in mind of early 00s throwbacks like DS-13, Cut The Shit and Tear It Up. Thrash on!
