The skeleton on the front cover looks really fancy with a feather boa on its head; okay it’s actually the wings of a woman who is wearing a horse skull and holding a heart. This couldn’t make much less sense, so let’s add some UFOs too. Graveyard Shifters play rock ‘n’ roll punk with metal vocals. I think they’re going down the ‘hey we’re crazy and we’re making fun punk music’ angle. Probably fun to watch and they’re having a good time. All is good. If you don’t know much about punk you could really get into this and think it’s really fresh and interesting. But it’s not actually very good. They can play, it’s a mish mash of different styles. But in my view it doesn’t work. Still, they’ll probably end up opening for Lordi or something.
