There are four tracks here and the whole experience clocks in at five minutes: some fairly stark math when I am more and more questioning how much more physical product I need to exist alongside in my increasingly limited living space. That is, of course, until the tape starts to spool and I’m assailed by a blast of raw, scratchy hardcore that’s played with so much urgency you feel like everything’s on fire – what’s one more dinky little rectangle of plastic for the pile, anyway! The savage, up-front, dagger-to-the-eye-socket delivery variously reminds me of The Comes, Battalion Of Saints and Sial – some pretty bloody nice comparisons to have on your resume, especially at this ridiculously early stage the game. Excellent!
