If you’ve managed to catch Stab live at all then you should know what to expect from this surly little mauler: hefty UK hardcore with a distinctive Heresy / Ripcord edge. The riffs are thick n’ meaty and the singer’s belligerent blurt makes him sound like he’s just one step away from having his thumb in your fucking eye socket. Lyrics concern bitter here-and-now politics and the whole thing is wreathed in squalling feedback, making for a decent little hardcore 7″ from a band that may well be on the brink of shit-the-bed territory.
