Raw, full-throttle, political punk that sounds all kinds of blistered and bloody at the edges. There’s a tough, punch-in-the-gob quality to the music that speaks to the straight-up hardcore of anyone from Mob 47 to Drop Dead but at the same time incorporates the kind of sneered ‘n’ snarled cadences that make me think of bands like Crass or Alternative. While the six tracks are scraggly and unflinchingly aggro, they’re also well put together and undeniably catchy: each one a white-hot detonation that delivers maximum impact despite the eyebrow-scorchingly brief run time.
