One of those bands that I have heard of without actually hearing, perhaps due to the uninspiring name that suggests emo tendencies with possible literary references that sail clean over my philistinistic head. Regardless, once again, I have proven to be the doofus, in that TGCO bring some righteous rocking jams whilst not occupying too much of my time. There’s more than a hint of the old-school about them, but basically it’s good fast screamo, and whilst there is not a great deal that makes them distinguishable from the crowd, they have plenty of good riffs and incisive lyrics. I am damning them with faint praise here, but that’s sadly all I can give them. That’s not all though! This comes with a very nicely presented multimedia section that once popped into your computer reveals live videos of songs that are not on this EP, which is nice if you fancy checking out their other crap sometime.
