Bear with me as I break out some obscure comparisons for this fine slab of Glaswegian weirdo noise-rock. There’s a droning, relentlessly repetitive hammering going on, like a horror movie Bailterspace. A dub-free Blind Idiot God provide that strangely 80s-sounding echo-y guitar and Dr Who BBC Radiophonic Workshop effects over the churning bass and drums straight out of the AmRep songbook. Most certainly not a pint of the ordinary.
