Spine is a great opening to this album, a slow paced indie number with one singer passionately singing whilst another speaks the same vocals underneath. I love that shit. It goes on for 4 minutes but keeps me hooked. Great start. The catchiness heads up a level in track two and its good to some extent but becomes a little too radio-friendly in the chorus – not my thing 🙁 The album continues straddling this line from then on, a little bit Levellers in places but not on the same level. I’m skipping through now so I can give Spine another listen.
