Spoilers are hardly original in their brand of pop punk but, believe me, they nail the sound. Dan’s vocals are at the forefront and bring some uniqueness to the band – he’s got a very interesting (and good) voice and the music is at near optimum catchiness. The second track ‘Freaked’ is a delight in it’s structure, with one particular line being repeated often but it fits. The two minute ‘The Unlucky Winner Is…’ is another I’ve played on repeat. A wonderful record.
