This CD compiles a couple of earlier offerings by Toronto’s favourite horned ones, thrashing away with feckless brutality and swinging gleaming riffs above their heads like a Berzerker’s mighty battleaxe, lopping off mutated limbs, slithering tentacles and various other unsightly protuberances as they carve a crimson swathe through demonic hoards for thirty minutes’ worth of metallic mayhem. Like some kind of demented, razor-fanged Kreator/Boulder hybrid this is big, ugly, poseur-crushing metal straight from the thorny tunnels of hell, and if you haven’t yet supped from their tainted chalice then your days are surely numbered”¦
