Now this is what I expect from Slowdime: very innovative, original compositions, from members of Trans Am, Six Finger Satellite and Royal Trux. The first Golden record was damn good, receiving plenty of plays at my house. The second record doesn’t contain as much of the No Means No influenced bass work, opting for a more diverse colleciton of instrumentals ranging from jazzy stoner rock to ethnic spy music. This is something you will either love or hate, personally it is I can’t get enough of (fortunately they have a new 12″ out). Fuckin’ grade A shit.
